ZLYC vacuum oil purifiers remove water, gas and solid impurities from industrial oils in one machine. The principle is the difference between the boiling points of water and oil. A vacuum pump draws air out of the vacuum tank, and the oil enters through a coarse pre-filter and is heated, typically to 40–75 °C. A fast-rotating element spreads the oil into a mist-like film so that water evaporates quickly. The vapour is drawn into a condenser, cooled back to liquid and discharged, while the treated oil is pumped through fine filters.

The published application list covers transformer oil, turbine oil, lubricating oil and hydraulic oil used in power generation, electrical manufacturing, paper mills and other industrial plants. Combined with a regeneration unit, the machine can also support acid removal and decolorizing and raise insulating strength.

Published data include rated vacuum ≤ -0.095 MPa, water content after treatment of 5–30 ppm and gas content ≤ 0.2 %, with three filtration stages (100 μm, then 10 or 20 μm, then 3 or 5 μm). Heating is staged and adjustable from 0 to 100 °C, and the unit stops when the oil feed is too low. Overload, overpressure, phase-sequence and abnormal-stop protections are listed.
