The LYC-A and LYC-B series are mobile high-precision oil purifiers, also called oil filter carts, for cleaning hydraulic and lubricating oil. New oil is rarely clean enough to pour straight into a system, because particles and water can enter during processing, blending and storage. A LYC unit filters the oil as it is transferred into the reservoir, and it can also be connected to a running system for bypass filtration.
Each machine pairs a dedicated gear pump with a 100 μm suction strainer that protects the pump, followed by fine filtration. The LYC-A has one fine stage; the LYC-B adds a second fine stage. A relief device guards the pressure line, a thermal relay protects the motor from overload, and a panel gauge shows how loaded the elements are. The housing opens without tools when elements need to be changed.
To choose a model, start with the oil volume and the time available for cleaning, then pick a rated flow between 25 and 150 L/min. Next set the cleanliness target, which decides the fine-stage precision, and check that your oil fits the 10–160 cSt viscosity and 5–80 °C temperature window. Voltage is AC 380 V three-phase or AC 220 V two-phase. Element media and housing materials are confirmed with our team for your oil type. Frequently asked questions
How do I choose between the LYC-A and LYC-B series?
The LYC-A uses one fine filtration stage (3, 5, 10, 20 or 40 μm). The LYC-B has two fine stages (10, 20 or 40 μm, then 3, 5, 10, 20 or 40 μm), which suits cases where you want a staged approach to reach a finer result. Send us your target cleanliness and oil type and we will advise.
Can the fine-stage precision be customized?
Fine-stage precision is selectable within the published options, and other requirements such as voltage and element media can be discussed. Please contact us with your requirements to confirm what is available.
Can it be used on a system that is running?
Yes. The published applications include bypass filtration while a hydraulic or lubrication system is working, as well as filtering new oil and filling it into the system.
